Biography

Frédéric Mégret is an associate-Professor of Law at McGill University’s Faculty of Law and holds the Canada Research Chair in the Law of Human Rights and Legal Pluralism. He holds a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, a masters from the University of Paris I and an LlB from King’s College London. His teaching and research interests focus on the theoretical aspects of international criminal justice. He is particularly interested in the role and status of victims before international criminal tribunals.
