Biography

Professor Anderson teaches international and business law at Washington College of Law, American University, in Washington DC. He is also a visiting fellow of the Hoover Institution and a member of its Task Force on National Security and Law; and a non-resident senior fellow of the Brookings Institution. He blogs regularly at the Volokh Conspiracy and Opinio Juris, and serves as book review editor of the blog Lawfare. His book on US-UN relations and the meaning of multilateral engagement, Living With the UN: American Responsibilities and International Order, will appear later this year from The Hoover Institution Press.
