Biography: Kimia is a 2L at UCLA Law. As Associate Editor of the UCLA Forum, she is pursuing her interest in international human rights. She has worked with the Criminal Division of the City Attorney’s office in Santa Monica, CA. Prior to law school, she studied at UCLA, holding a degree in Business-Economics and minors in French and Accounting. She has conducted research in the area of expropriations in South American nations and has also contributed research on developing countries to the State of the Future Report on behalf of the United Nations Millennium Project. She previously studied the economics of European integration at the London School of Economics.
